The Intelligence Bureau has invited candidates to apply online for the post of Security Assistant and Multi Tasking Staff in online mode. IB Recruitment Notification 2022 was released on 28th October 2022, candidates need to go through three stages of the selection process to get recruited for the post of SA or MTS.
Candidates can only apply in online mode, whether you want to get recruited for the post of Scrutiny Assistant or Multitasking Staff Selection, you need to submit an online application form before the last date. The date of the Tier 1 Computer-Based Test exam is not yet announced. According to reliable sources, it can take place likely by January 2023.

IB Selection Process 2022
Selection for the post of Scrutiny Assistant and Multi Tasking Staff will be done on the basis of the following stages.
- Computer Based Test (Objective Type)
- Offline Exam (Descriptive Type)
- Interview / Personality Test
Candidates who apply online for the post of Scrutiny Assistant will also have to appear in the Spoken Ability Test, which will be held along with the Offline Exam (Tier II).
IB Eligibility Criteria 2022
Eligibility Criteria for the post of Security Assistant (Executive) and Multi Tasking Staff in terms of educational qualification and age limit are available below.
- Education Qualification – An individual must have passed the Matriculation Exam from a recognised board.
- Age Limit – An individual’s age must not be below 18 years and above 25 years for MTS or 27 years for Security Assistant as of November 25, 2022.
