Job Description: • Responsible for permit receiving, safe execution of different type of break down maintenance of process control instrumentation system. • Responsible for Trouble shooting of Different type of process control instruments. • Responsible for trouble shooting of different types of process / gas analyser. • Responsible for Calibration of different types advance process control instruments. • Responsible for guiding technician to achieve calibration accuracy of different type of process control instruments. • Responsible for trouble shooting of any control logic failure at DCS based / PLC based control module. • Responsible for health monitoring of process control field instrumentation items. • Responsible for health monitoring of process control system hardware. • Responsible for calibration of different types of modern control and On-Off valves. • Responsible for maintenance of different types of modern control and On-Off valves.
