Odisha SSB Lecturer Recruitment 2022: Vacancies Open For 476 Posts, Salary Up To Rs 1.42 Lakh

Good news for teaching aspirants as the Odisha Higher Education Department is going to fill up 476 posts of lecturers in different disciplines in non-government aided colleges in the State.
The recruitment drive will be carried out by the State Selection Board (SSB) which functions under the Higher Education Department.
As per a letter written to the SSB, the link for online registration and payment of examination fee for the mega recruitment drive will commence on April 13, 2022 (1 pm). The closing date for registration is May 12, 2022 (11.59 pm).

Odia Lecturer- 278 posts
History Lecturer- 182 posts
Hindi Lecturer- 16 posts
Educational Qualification:
A candidate should possess a Master's Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade on the date of application. Provided that, a candidate belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, SEBC and/or PwD shall possess a Master's Degree in the subject concerned from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or its equivalent grade.
Age Limits:
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 42 years as on 1st day of January, 2022. Relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
Salary:
Scale of Pay Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400 (as per Pay Matrix -Level 10) of ORSP Rules, 2017 plus usual DA as admissible from time to time for the teachers of Non—Government Aided Colleges of Odisha.
